The government is providing new tax relief for small businesses undergoing ownership restructure.

Of course, there are a few caveats, as tax specialist Michael Jones of accountants and business advisors Cummings Flavel McCormack explains this month. It’s a good reminder for businesses to be aware of the tax goodies available to them as long as they go about things the right way.
